It not only provides greater insight into the process itself, but also highlights where you might be able to save time and money using a service such as MPG over hiring a law firm to litigate straight away.
Unlike the law firms we cover on this site, there are unfortunately no great resources online to see background checks on surveying companies or databases listing the work expertise and history of staff at each firm. In that regard, the legal industry has made some great strides in consumer information. It would be great to see this from other regulatory bodies. MPG Quantity Surveyors Ltd is regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). But the RICS do not supply the level of consumer help we see on sites such as The Law Society of England & Wales.

Those are a few snippets from much larger comments. Often testimonials supplied by the firm are not taken as seriously as those on public review boards. However, it should be pointed out that in the commercial sector it's not just Mr Anon or Ms Smith leaving such reviews. These are businesses who are willing to have their brand name displayed as recommending the services of another commercial firm. So they really should be given a bit more weight than regular consumer testimonials.
