Hartley Bain Solicitors in Stratford, Greater London: Review
Hartley Bain believes that one size does not fit all when it comes to adding value to client relationships. They begin by understanding the challenges faced by their clients. This allows them to build an innovative and bespoke service to suit each relationship. Their approach means that they are consistent in the standard of excellence they bring to their service and flexible enough to build into each relationship value that is meaningful for each client.
They operate on the principle that the needs of the client always come first, whether they are a large multi-national organisation striving for success or an individual looking for legal assistance.
Their offices are wheel chair accessible and there is ample parking around the office for those travelling by car. They are also located near to Stratford Underground and Maryland station making them easily accessible from wherever you are travelling.
They cover various case types for businesses and private clients:
Civil Litigation - dealing with a dispute between individuals and/or companies, whether it is small or large. Corporate Immigration - with in depth knowledge and an abundance of experience within the corporate field, they aim to provide practical solutions. Individual Immigration - for individuals whether moving for studies, work or family relocation. Employment Law - addresses the legal rights of employees and employers. Family Law - including divorce, civil partnership law, separation, cohabitation, financial matters, children etc. Wills & Probate - ensure your private affairs are in order.
They also run a blog with helpful information for everyone, with title such as "How will the recent changes to the UK immigration rules affect you?", "Ebola: How the Virus has Affected International Travel", "UK Immigration: A political agenda or an economic necessity?", and "Unemployment in the UK falling, despite immigration increasing from Romania and Bulgaria". Clearly a slight lean towards immigration matters, but the articles may diversify more over time.
Lastly we would point you to their testimonials page with reviews such as "Some of the characteristics that come to mind are: professional, courteous, competent and thorough. The attentiveness to detail that you consistently displayed served to eliminate many potential issues from arising in the first place. Your role can only result in success." Obviously from the wording this is a response to the question 'what did you think of the service' - however, requested testimonials should not be readily ignored. Because in this instance, the person will have been asked for this at the conclusion of their case which makes it highly unlikely that the testimonial was incentivised (such as you might find on product sales sites).
There only seems to be one Hartley Bain solicitors showing up on the web, so you shouldn't get lost. However, their site is www.hartleybain.co.uk, not www.hartleybain.com which doesn't seem to work at all.
General Notes: Usually if Legal Aid is possible we've mentioned it above, but you can always ask. We haven't looked in depth at their recruitment program so are unaware of any job vacancies available. For a career with Hartley Bain Solicitors it's best to visit the website (www.hartleybain.co.uk), check opening hours, and find the correct phone/email contact details. Simply emailing a CV to reception looks lazy. Each law firm's Law Society and/or SRA number should be on their site, usually at the bottom of each page.
