Buying Reviews for Law Firms? Bad Idea...
If you're wondering why your law firm might not be getting online reviews despite providing your best service - it may be more about the client themselves than the service you provided. While many people will jump online to praise or criticise the last pizza they ordered, they will be less likely to think of sharing the experience of their messy divorce, criminal trial, or will dispute. This is understandable and some people will never leave a positive comment on that episode of their life no matter how good your service was.

They are also looking for negative themes such as 'never answer the phone' or 'fees were not explained clearly'. Therefore people are far more likely to spot bought reviews and discount them when it comes to lawyer client feedback. It will be the genuine, positive customer commentary that will provide any boost you expect from making the effort.
