While many people will jump online to praise or criticise the last pizza they ordered, they will be less likely to think of sharing the experience of their messy divorce, criminal trial, or will dispute. This is understandable and some people will never leave a positive comment on that episode of their life no matter how good your service was.

However, there will be a wealth of clients that would be happy to leave a review, they just maybe haven't thought of it yet. But finding the right way to approach clients for such comments can be tricky and have a negative effect if done badly.
